Ode To Dramnyen

Dramnyen, created from the sandalwood,
Is an ornament of the divine abode,
Donned preciously with scarf and silk,
Makes a sublime offering day and night.

Embellished with sculpts and colours, Dramnyen,
Is an enticing article of god and goddesses;
Prosperous and harmonizing tune, melody and ode—music—
Is thus permeated from this exquisite instrument

With tightened hide of a lamb and hair of a steed’s tail, Dramnyen,
Is thus the gateway to the enchanting world of melody, rhythm and frolic,
When delightfully played with fingers is heavenly melodious
And therefore, is hailed as the king of music, unmatched.
